DEMROSE 100 mg/5 ml Concentrate for Solution for I.V. Injection or Infusion

For the treatment of advanced thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger disease) with critical limb ischemia when revascularization is not indicated; severe peripheral arterial occlusive disease, particularly in patients at risk of amputation for whom surgery or angioplasty is not possible; and severe, disabling Raynaud phenomenon that is unresponsive to other treatments.

It is indicated for the prevention of early myocardial infarction in patients with unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction who have experienced an episode of chest pain within the preceding 12 hours and have ECG changes and/or elevated cardiac enzyme levels. It is used in combination with acetylsalicylic acid and unfractionated heparin.

Used for the prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and arterial thromboembolic events; the treatment of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, and acute peripheral arterial occlusion; the prophylaxis of mural thrombosis following myocardial infarction; and during extracorporeal circulation and hemodialysis.
