We continuously expand the product portfolio we have developed over the years and strengthened through partnerships to address needs across different therapeutic areas.

At Dem Pharmaceuticals, our portfolio includes blood products, anesthetic agents, plasma expanders, antibiotics, biotechnology and biosimilar products for which we hold licenses or source from leading global manufacturers, as well as medicinal products manufactured at Türkiye’s most modern facilities.

Through agreements with the country’s major pharmaceutical wholesalers, we distribute medicines throughout Türkiye.

We have also taken pioneering steps in biosimilars. In 2010, we obtained one of Türkiye’s first biosimilar approvals, followed in 2014 by the country’s first monoclonal antibody biosimilar approval.

We are transforming a journey that began locally into a global organization through strong partnerships and international expansion.

Since our first export, we have continued to grow across different markets and now deliver our healthcare solutions to more than 25 countries. 

Through our strategic partnership with Pharmada, we are strengthening our presence in different markets while working to bring our high-quality healthcare solutions to broader regions.

By supporting our national and international business partners, we are advancing toward our goal of building a strong CMO structure extending from Türkiye to the world.

As we grow, we also expand our environmental responsibility.

We consider sustainability an integral part of our manufacturing approach. To support the energy needs of our Yalova manufacturing facility, we generate renewable energy at our solar power plant in Tercan, Erzincan.

As we continue our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, we improve energy and facility management efficiency by using environmentally friendly technologies and automated BMS/EMS systems at our facility.

Because for us, sustainability is an important part of the value we will leave to the future.

We position Dem Pharmaceuticals’ manufacturing facility in Yalova not only as a center where our own products are manufactured, but also as a global manufacturing platform where we create value together with our national and international business partners and support the exchange of technology and knowledge.

For us, quality is a shared responsibility across every process, not only the product itself—from raw materials and manufacturing to quality control, regulatory affairs, packaging and shipment.

We regard control, verification and traceability as fundamental elements of our processes, supporting our strong quality control and microbiology infrastructure with modern manufacturing technologies.

We manage every stage of labeling, packaging, coding and shipment preparation through traceable systems, making our processes more efficient, controlled and transparent through digital systems and automation.

We see our approach to quality, supported by national and international certifications, as a fundamental element of reliable manufacturing.

Our sterile manufacturing facility in Yalova, built on an area of 30,000 m², has been operating since 2022. While manufacturing licensed products belonging to Dem Pharmaceuticals and our group company Pharmada Pharmaceuticals, we also serve as a CMO partner capable of meeting the needs of national and international pharmaceutical companies.

We combine our advanced sterile manufacturing infrastructure with technical expertise, precision, high standards and flexible production capabilities.

We conduct our ampoule filling operations with a high level of precision and consistency, supporting our experience in liquid and lyophilized vial manufacturing with robust and flexible processes. As we continuously advance our technical capabilities in prefilled syringe manufacturing, we plan to begin PFS production toward the end of 2026.

We continue to expand our manufacturing capacity through new investments and emerging technologies, providing agile solutions for a wide range of product and production requirements.
