CALDEROL 2 mcg/ml Solution for I.V. Injection

Treatment of primary carnitine deficiency and secondary carnitine deficiency in patients undergoing hemodialysis.

It is used for the treatment of duodenal and gastric ulcers and the prevention of their recurrence; the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with appropriate antibiotics; the treatment of NSAID-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers and their prevention in at-risk patients; and the treatment of reflux esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and Zollinger–Ellison syndrome.

Used for the treatment of hypocalcemia and secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients undergoing chronic renal dialysis. It improves renal osteodystrophy by reducing parathyroid hormone levels.

Used in adults for the prevention and treatment of acute nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting, and the prevention and treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting. It is indicated in children aged two years and older for the prevention and treatment of acute nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy.
